After having regularly registered here and validated the account by clicking the specific link in the received "validation e-mail", the conference participants can have access to the Editorial Manager for the abstract submission and the following steps for editing the Conference Proceedings and the full papers submission to IWA journals and others.

Abstract submission started on 20th December 2009.
Only 3 abstracts per author will be accepted (as first author).
The Abstracts will be accepted only by online submission through this website section and will be TEXT ONLY (no images or graphs for this phase), uploaded as pdf or doc files.
The Abstract must include an outline of the evidence to be presented, a summary of the likely findings, and an indication of the benefits and implications of the work for the scientific community and the water sector in general (no more than 300 words ).
The submitted Abstracts will be reviewed and ranked by the Scientific Commission , and oral and poster presentations will be assigned basing on the final ranking. The selection results will be given at the end of April 2010.
For the 30th of June 2010 all the papers selected as oral presentation must be submitted as extended abstracts (2 pages with images and/or graphs) or full papers (8 standard pages). Posters presented as Extended Abstracts (2 pages) will be accepted too for publication in the Conference Proceedings.
A selection of the presented full papers will be submitted to IWA Journals (WS&T, WS&T:WS), just at the end of the conference itself (into 2 weeks).
