The participant registration fee includes conference participation, conference materials, one preprint copy of the papers, field trip tours (transportation to site, a boxed lunch or regional lunch), participation in Conference Cultural Program, the welcome reception cocktail, poster sessions, the gala dinner, all lunches, coffee breaks and one conference bag.

We'd like to highlight that the membership fee for High Income Countries is currently only 90 €, so it will be some way convenient and surely full of advantages to join the IWA community before to register to the conference. The IWA member ID number will be asked in the registration form for having right to the due discount. You can apply online for the IWA membership here

Delegates from LDCs countries can apply for scholarships here; having a limited budget for this purpose, the Organising Committee will select the list of eligible and funded candidates after having received the application forms. The selection of candidates will take place in the period March 2010 - June2010.

All prices are exclusive of sales tax (if applicable). The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus sales tax (if applicable).

VAT number owners registered in EC and EFTA countries can ask for refunding of the VAT quote in the registration fee to their national fiscal authorities or at airport VAT Refunding Desk. VAT at 20% is due in Italy for all the participants to an event which takes place in the national territory, and we are asked from our government to collect for them this amount adding it to your fees.
